Doris Saldaña is an outstanding lawyer; who has legal experience of litigation in the Civil, Commercial, Criminal and International fields; and especially Human Rights, with presence in the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights IACHR in Washington D.C . as well as international advisor in various spaces such as the right to health; being a representative in the VIII Summit of the Americas in the Organization of American States OAS in 2018 On Democratic Governance Against Corruption. She has also participated and contributed with international legal experience to the th Assembly of the OAS; as well as the 48th General Assembly of the United Nations held on September 23, 2019 in New York.

He is one of our lawyers in charge of the Criminal Area of the Law Firm. He is an expert in criminal law and criminal procedure, among other fields such as preventive criminal advice and procedural strategies. He also has significant experience in oral trials and treatment of specific alternatives regulated in our Criminal Procedure Catalog.
He began his work experience in the Peruvian Judicial Branch, in the First Specialized Criminal Court for Summary Proceedings with Free Prisoners, to later become Judicial Secretary of the same judiciary. Later, he was part of the work team of the Twenty-fifth Specialized Criminal Court for Summary Proceedings with Free Prisoners. After this experience, he began to work in the National Criminal Chamber, his first experience being in the area of the Rapporteurship of said Chamber and later in the area of Secretariat for Oral Proceedings. Likewise, taking into account his good performance and responsibility, he was given the opportunity to exercise the functions as Case Specialist of the National Criminal Appeals Chamber of the New Criminal Procedure Code (the first chamber that was formed and where complex and emblematic cases were heard) . Also taking into account this experience, he joined the Criminal Appeals Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Ventanilla in the Rapporteurship area, where the various articles of the New Criminal Procedure Code were in practice.
Based on the knowledge he obtained, he was in charge as Analyst Lawyer in the Organized Crime Prosecutors of the Public Ministry, to later become part of the Asset Laundering Prosecutors.
With his vast experience, he is one of the lawyers associated with the Law Firm marking the national and international line in criminal proceedings and international cooperation with different countries of the world.
As an Associated Lawyer to the Law Firm, he is a specialist in dispute resolution through alternative mechanisms such as conciliation and arbitration in the areas of Civil and Commercial Law. He has significant experience in the Superior Court of Justice of La Libertad as Dispatch Assistant in the Specialized Civil Courts; He also has carried out different legal defenses in the private sphere within the Law Firm with great success; as well as handling property and agrarian law in the public sphere. At the academic level, he is one of our lawyers who carries out constant investigations in the legal field of complex cases, providing solutions and direction in order to provide the best possible advice to our clients.
She is one of our youngest Junior Assistants, who performs the function of monitoring the portfolio of judicial processes in the city of Trujillo, La Libertad. Likewise, her ability and profile is to carry out the negotiations and meetings with clients in the mining area and corporate companies. Her command of the English language has allowed her to develop in areas of international Law and serves as support to the Law Firm for issues related to her competence.
